I am a one man operation. I grow all of the chilies for my products myself. Everything is made with fresh chilies or chilies that have been frozen within 10-15 minutes of being picked. I produce and bottle the sauce myself.

I have had a love for spicy foods and bladed tools for many years. A few years ago, I couldn't find a sauce with lots of flavor and satisfying heat, so I decided to make my own. At first, I gave it away to friends and family. They encouraged me to sell my sauce. I started selling my sauce at farmer's markets for a while and the response was tremendous, which leads us to this website.

I have been making knives since 2016 (well, out of old saw blades and the like all my life but they don't count😂

Currently, I am a CHIEF ENGINEER in the merchant marine on ships which carry liquefied Natural Gas, which means that I am out at sea for months at a time. With that said, if I am slow to respond or if the site is closed to sales for a time you know the reason. Please don't hold it against me. If the sales become such that it requires full time work I guess I'll have to 'retire' and make more sauce. 😂
